Account & Data Deletion

If you want to delete your HarvExtra account and associated data, please follow the steps below.

Steps to Delete Your Account:

1. Open the app, tap the Profile icon at the top-right corner of the Home screen, You will be navigated to Settings screen
2. at the bottom of the screen you can see Delete Account option, Click on it
3. Confirm your decision to delete your account.

Data Deleted:

• Mobile number, name, surname, location, role
• Crop postings and dashboard data

Data Retained:

Any anonymized analytics data (not linked to your identity) may be retained for up to 1 year for app improvement.
