By registering and using HarvExtra ("the App"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, you confirm that:

2. Platform Role

The App acts only as a technology platform to connect Farmers and Consumers.

We do NOT:

• a. Act as a buyer or seller
• b. Handle payments, delivery, or logistics
• c. Guarantee product quality, pricing, or availability

All transactions are solely between users.

3. Verification Disclaimer

We do NOT verify:

• a. Identity of users
• b. Authenticity of listings
• c. Quality or condition of crops/products

Users interact at their own risk.

4. Data Usage

We collect and use your personal information such as name, mobile number, and location details only for providing and improving services related to this application.

We do not sell your personal data.

Your data may be shared only in the following cases:

• a. Where required by law or legal process
• b. To prevent fraud, misuse, or security issues
• c. With trusted service providers (e.g., SMS or analytics services)

5. Pricing & Market Fluctuations

All prices are set by users.

We are NOT responsible for:

• a. Price differences
• b. Market fluctuations
• c. Negotiation outcomes

6. User Responsibilities

• a. Maintaining account confidentiality
• b. All activities under your account
• c. Providing truthful and accurate information

7. Role-Based Usage

Features are based on your selected role:

• a. Farmer – post crops and view listings in their village
• b. Consumer – view listings in their village

Misuse may result in account suspension.

8. Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• a. Crop/product details
• b. Pricing and availability
• c. Accuracy of posted information

The App does not verify user content.

9. Community Guidelines & Prohibited Content

Users must NOT:

• a. Post abusive, offensive, or illegal content
• b. Upload inappropriate images
• c. Harass or threaten other users
• d. Share misleading or false information

Violation may lead to account suspension.

10. Dispute Disclaimer

All disputes (including quality, pricing, delivery, and payments) must be resolved directly between users.

The App is not responsible for any disputes.

11. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is".

We are NOT liable for:

• a. User disputes
• b. Financial losses
• c. Product quality issues
• d. Failed transactions

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App and its owner from any claims arising from:

• a. Your use of the App
• b. Violation of these Terms
• c. Disputes with other users

13. User Indemnification for Legal Claims

If your actions (including fraud or illegal activity) result in legal claims against the App, you agree to fully defend and compensate the App.

14. Communication

By registering, you agree to receive:

• a. OTP via SMS
• b. Service-related notifications

15. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• a. False information
• b. Fraudulent activity
• c. Violation of Terms

16. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to:

• a. Natural disasters
• b. Internet failures
• c. Server downtime
• d. Government actions

18. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, logos, and software are the property of HarvExtra. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

19. Grievance Redressal

Users can report issues through the App. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve them.

20. Modification of Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the App without prior notice.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Courts in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Telangana, India.

22. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

23. Language

In case of any conflict, the English version shall prevail and be legally binding.
